The "HP" Series Hydraulic Pit Leveler is very similar to the "EHP" Series but it features better deck support, an extended warranty, a more sophisticated control box, and convenient auto-return. This means that the plate lip will automatically return to its rest position into the lip keepers when the truck departs the dock. "M" Series Mechanical Pit Leveler

"M" Series Mechanical Pit Leveler
The conveniently located pull chain provides easy activation of the deck and lip on this mechanical pit leveler. The counter balance system is a direct extension spring design with no moving parts. The dock leveler lip is designed to automatically extend and stop in the raised position. The "M" series Hydra Lip feature slows the descent of the lip allowing the unit to be walked down onto the truck bed. The Hydra-Lip is fully yieldable if impacted by incoming trucks. This pit leveler is similar to the "P2" Series but is an upgraded version with better deck support and a longer warranty. "PA1000" Air Bag Leveler
The PA1000 Air Operated Pit Leveler has fully automatic deck and lip actuation. A single rotary button remote controls all stages of operation. When spring loaded switch is turned, the leveler will raise with a Heavy Duty, PVC-coated polyester fiber bag and lip will extend. When the switch is released, the unit will descend onto the truck bed. When loading/unloading is complete the dock attendant will need to return leveler to it’s stored position by single switch controls. Pit Forming Kit
The pit forming kit has three steel sides that act as form and curb angle. Everything is there to form the pit to the right size, which eliminates costly mistakes. The kit bolts together with 6 bolts, which makes it quick, easy to set up, and saves time and money. First the pit is built approximately 12" wider than the finish size of the pit to establish the pit floor. Then a second pour with re-bar is required to finish the concrete around the finished size pit. The kit is not part of the leveler.
